  3. Warehouse Operations: Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday, during standard business hours, excluding holidays. We strive to ensure minimal delays during peak seasons and holidays to process your order efficiently.

  4. Delivery Time for USA Orders: For orders within the USA, total delivery time (including processing and shipping) is typically between 3 to 10 business days. We partner with top carriers such as FedEx, DHL, and UPS, depending on your location, to ensure timely delivery.

  5. Free Shipping: No matter how much you spend, we offer free shipping on all orders!

Tracking Your Order

  • You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number should be active within 24 hours.

Can I Ship to Multiple Addresses?

At this time, we do not offer the ability to ship a single order to multiple addresses. If you need items sent to different locations, please place separate orders for each address.

Order Cancellations

  • Before Shipping: If your order has not yet shipped, you can cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible, and we will provide a full refund.
  • After Shipping: Once your order has shipped, we cannot cancel it.

Customs Fees & Taxes
