At Coromero, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date you receive your item. Return & Exchange Conditions
- Authorization Required: Returns or exchanges must be pre-approved. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
- Timeframe: Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for shipping returns using a trackable shipping method.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale items or gift cards.
- Products that are damaged or lost due to customer error.
Return Process
Initiate Return: To start a return, please email us at [email protected] with photos or videos of the item and your order number. Our customer service team will assess your return request and respond within 3 business days.
Ship the Item Back: If your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions on how to send the item back. Please note that items returned without authorization will not be accepted. For tracking purposes, we strongly recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking and a signature to ensure the safe return of your item.
Refund or Exchange: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item within 3-5 business days. We will then either issue a refund to your original payment method or provide a replacement if it’s an exchange.
Return Shipping Charges
- Faulty Products: If your return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged product), we will cover the return shipping and issue a full refund.
- Buyer’s Change of Mind: If the return is due to a buyer's change of mind (e.g., incorrect product choice or size), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
- No Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee for returns.
Refunds
- Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will issue the refund to your original payment method within 2-3 business days.
- Pending Refunds: If you don’t see your refund within 2-3 business days, please check your bank account again. If the refund hasn’t posted yet, contact your bank or credit card company as there may be processing delays. If you still have concerns, feel free to reach out to us at [email protected].
- Shipping Costs: Please note, the original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
- Cancel Before Shipment: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has been paid for but not yet shipped, we can cancel it and provide a full refund.
- Once Shipped: Orders cannot be canceled once the parcel has been shipped out.
